对于国内高校的学生来说，有诸多便捷高效的求职平台可供选择，智联招聘、实习僧、boss直聘、各类公司官网等等，而对于在海外留学的宝贝们，领英（LinkedIn）可以说是最不可或缺的平台啦~
与其他求职平台一样，在领英，你首先需要注册账号、填写个人基本信息、打造自己的LinkedIn主页。由于简历和 Cover Letter 本身提供的内容有限，HR和面试官其实也会在网络上搜索应聘者，尝试获取更多的信息资料。

01基本信息篇
头像：请一定用真实/专业/清晰的真人头像，不要使用自己的自拍/旅游照片/动物卡通头像等。（背景图总是一个会被忽略的点，其实相关的、好看的背景图也同样重要。）
姓名：北美找工作的建议以下格式
中文拼音名+（英文名）+中文拼音姓
例：San (Tom) Zhang
（使用APP可以录制自己名字的发音，避免networking时尴尬）
Headline（职位头衔）：是自己的标签/最想展示的身份，比如：Software Engineer @ Google, NYU Alumni 2021
Location（地点）：这个地方就写自己想去工作的地点/postal code，方便recruiter找到
Industry（行业）：写现在的行业或者是想去的行业
URL（网页链接）：将LinkedIn链接改成自己的名字而不是一串乱码，可在个人profile中修改
02个人概述
这是你LinkedIn主页中最重要的部分，是自己的一个总结，告诉别人你的求职目的，需要用最简单的几句话或者bullet points介绍自己，有点像personal pitch。
建议包含内容：介绍，经历概括，学业、职业高光，个人特长，求职方向
个人概述示例：
03教育/职业/志愿者经历
这部分需要填写个人履历，重点描述1-2个高光经历，包含的Bullet Points不要超过五个。注意呈现实习经历里自己的工作成就和可量化的结果导向。

动词（过去式）+做的事+怎么做的（by, through）/目的（in order to）+结果
例（工作/实习经历）:
Analyzed historical sales in the New York area by using SQL script and machine learning algorithm in order to generate a pricing strategy; made recommendations on the most profitable pricing strategy to marketing VP.
简历中的经历示例

如果写到LinkedIn就要改写成：
Led a team that managed a 50+ client portfolio, launching the firm’s first app download campaign while partnering with stakeholders to minimize risk and streamline client communication. Increased annual revenue by 150%, and team performance by 33%.
志愿者经历（比如支教/社区活动/社团活动等）往往是容易被忽略，却能完善LinkedIn档案很重要的一点。所以如果有志愿者经历的还是要记得加上去哦！

Skills没有数量限制，多多益善！
关键词会被算法分析后推送给相关recruiter，这一步在LinkedIn中尤其重要，因为很多猎头是根据Skills的关键词来筛选candidates的。
